yes I have, i have been to the and i have opted out, i have just received another call in the middle of a meeting this is seriously BS, I'm so sick of these calls. It was an Asian lady saying 'I have a Great offer' Well i'm not [REMOVED] interested!
I have received a further 3 calls in one day from 0800 052 1251 All with some kind of offers. Surely you must be able to Check Which person is dailing these calls? I dont think its a computer at random but a sale person sitting behind a desk with nothing else to do but annoy your customers? What if this person(s) are dailing these customers on purpose, a disgruntle employee maybe, How does Virgin media track & stop this from of calls?
