Still unable to activate netflix

I have been unable to activate my Netflix account for months now. The email received notifying me to activate gives me an error. If I try and do it through MyVirginMedia it also throws up an error. I’ve tried to speak via WhatsApp multiple times and get the same automated response telling me how to activate.

I'm so sorry to hear of your Netflix activation issues. Have you also tried completing the activation via a different device?

Yes I’ve tried on my iPhone, iPad, TV and desktop. Going through MyVirginMedia throws an error, and if I attempt to go through Netflix it doesn’t recognise the link to my Virgin Subscription and so requests payment
