Still not recieved my free joining gift

I am still waiting for my free joining gift of a TV which is one of the reasons for me taking the subscription.

I received an email on the 10.09.2023 which stated that my TV would be dispatched the next day and would take up to 72 hours.

Can I please have assistance from a Virgin member so that I can establish when I will receive the gift.
