Hello, I have not received the welcome email. I need it to set up my online account. Can you please help me get started as soon as possible?

Hi, 

I have NOT received any sort of welcome email or letter. I only have Virgin broadband, it has been a week since the installment, and still no email or letter. I want to set up my online account and for that, I need this. can you please help?
