Still being billed after cancelling

Hello, I switched to Now TV for my broadband and landline services and I called and notified Virgin. My phone line was switched over on 11 July and my broadband and cable TV stopped at the end of the month, this date was confirmed again on the phone after my packages were changed to exclude telephone services. However I am still being billed for broadband and TV.

Could someone please look into this?

Re: Still being billed after cancelling

Any other service provider can only transfer the phone from Virginmedia, Broadband & TV should be cancelled by the user/subscriber.
This is normal for all suppliers & not just VM.

If you did cancel all those services then either that is your final bill or if not you’ll have to call again & choose billing or await a forum team member to contact you here.

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.

Hi Harvinder,

This seems odd. Let me check this for you. As we'll be discussing account specific information, I'll drop you a quick PM.

Kind regards,
