Still Need To Return Booster Plugs?

I understand Booster Plugs are no longer being offered to Bigger/Full House accounts, and for some customers Virgin now provide Booster Pods at £5 per month (or free for higher package).

If you leave, equipment is normally returned, but as they no longer have Booster Plugs, will they just go to recycling? If not returned, are customers still charged at £45/£50 each or are they just written off?

I ask as I have recently left, but another family member is a customer and could make use of them (but will obviously return them if there is a charge!).

Thank you

Re: Still Need To Return Booster Plugs?

The boosters are still required to be returned as they'll be used as replacements for customers who currently have the Netgear boosters or will be used when stock is dangerously low/completely depleted on the pods.

Re: Still Need To Return Booster Plugs?

Hello MrB999

Thanks for your question

We do require all equipment back, barring any older style HD Boxes

If you need to order a returns kit you can do that here

Re: Still Need To Return Booster Plugs?

I'm fine for returns kits - 4 separate packs have arrived in the post so far, plus I have received two emails and three text messages.

The returns system seems to be throwing a wobbly 🤔.

Thank you

Re: Still Need To Return Booster Plugs?

Blimey MrB999

It sounds like the ending of lockdown has caused a few errors then, We did place a hold on sending equipment back since January, To reduce the need for Customer to venture out un needlelessly
