Spoken with Clair today can the mods help

Hi to any moderator reading this.

I spoke with Clair today Executive Management regarding sucessfull connection of my telephone after over a year of faults. When I got home this evening the phone line which had the repairs team fix earlier today no longer works it is totally dead.

I am special needs hopefully mods will know what this means. Barry area manager was due to ring me back this evening (Thursday) but he will not be able to do that and I have no other means to communicate only the internet. If Ryan is on the forum could you direct him to this post to let him know as he was looking at this for me. 

I urgently need the telephone so that if the hospital ring me I can go in
