Speak to Virgin about Monthly Bill

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Virgin to discuss my bill, their number 0345 does not work and just rings off and the online chat is a waste of time.

I'm feeling that the only way to talk to someone is to cancel my DD, they will soon ring when they cant pull my monthly bill from my account.

I am having the same problem. Really poor service for a call center number to be unobtainable. They cant blame that on covid, does anyone know why they cannot be contacted?

I've a feeling they won't. The missed payments process will start for sure, which may involve a couple of reminders, possibly suspended services and (ultimately) entries on your credit file.

The one thing it won't do, is cause a C/S rep to call you.

There's been a few posts the past few days reporting problems with engaged tones, but I've tried a few test calls myself at different times - and got put into the faults queue first time every time.

Surely by not answering calls they are in breach of contract and therefore any chance of black listing you from a credit perspective would be thrown out of court.

It’s not engaged tones I am getting it’s the number unobtainable tone that happens when a number is switched off. It’s been like this all day.

Regrettably we can only advise using one of these contact methods to speak to dedicated teams who can help with packages and bundle upgrades/downgrades
