I have been a VM broadband customer for over a year. When I first setup the account I tried to create an online account straight away to access my virgin media account.
One the day I set it up it let me go through the process all the way up until confirm your email address. Up until today I must have spoken to 10 VM reps over the phone who keep telling me there must be a temporary issue and to try back in a few days. Its been over a year.
When I sign in now it says please verify your email. I click on the send me a new verification link that arrives. I click on the link and I get the error saying sorry, we cant confirm your username.
