Changed plan recently.

told new plan would be £37 plus recurring credit of £3, so £34 per month.  Since new plan implemented no bill under £37,  hence you don’t always get what are told.

Hi Nat,

still encountering issues with Bill.

I believe there is still a £3 discount on my bill.  However,  the latest Bill for September states £38.20.  It seems to be suggesting that £3 was underpaid in previous bill but that is incorrect as Virgin had not implemented £3 discount from agreed date. Hence, I was owed monies.
