Someone has mistakenly used my email address

Someone has mistakenly given my email address when signing up to have broadband and phone installed in their home. I am receiving emails about these services being set up when they should really be seen by the person who actually contacted Virgin. Is there any way I can stop receiving them?

Yes, just wait for a response to your topic by a VM staff member. They'll ask you to provide some details over PM and get it sorted out for you. Last I checked staff response times were up to a week.

My parents are signed up with Virgin so I have a secondary account, but that is with my ntlworld email address so not the one that has been used in this situation.
