Sky sports add on

Hi, 

Added Sky Sports to my package during Black Friday week. Still hasn't activated. I rang support who state that it's not on my account and they can't offer it me.

Gave them my order reference from the confirmation email which they didn't recognise, after 45 minutes being passed around. They were unable to help. Or even offer to add Sky sports as an upgrade via phone. Bizarre

Any advice?

Sorry to hear the Sky Sports package wasn't added to your account.

As a rule we are not able to support package changes on here.

However I can take a look to see what has happened to this Black Friday deal for you.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
