Sky Sports - 'An unknown error has occurred'

I've seen this issue raised before and it seems from the responses that the issue miraculously fixes itself once its been raised on here.  Hoping the same works for me!

When I try and login to the Sky Sports app via the VM login page I get 'An unknown error has occurred' message:


Anyone know how to get this fixed?

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to see you're experiencing issues when trying to watch Sky Sports via the VM log in page.

Can we ask if you're able to try logging in through a different web browser and device. Also, clear all cookies/cache and history as this sometimes helps.

Once you have done this, try logging back in through the VM page.
