Yesterday I signed up for another 18 months with my contract coming up to expiry. I agreed to renew the contract for 18 months on condition that everything would be the same except, TNT/BT sport(will not be available).
I've noticed today that Sky Cinema UHD (on demand) is no longer accessible.
How this can be corrected?

We'd love to help out, could you please kindly confirm what error you get on screen when trying to access Sky UHD on-demand and do the live Sky UHD channels work?
Also, to be sure would you be able to advise if the same issues are present when accessing the service via a browser or our App (TV Go)?
