Just upgraded to add Sky Cinema to my account. Does this not included films on demand? I can access films which are playing now on the channels but when I go to play one which is on the demand service it says I need to subscribe?
As long as you're not trying to access the UHD movies (which is a separate subscription), the HD films should be included in the Sky Cinema subscription.
If that's not the case... you can try a channel refresh using Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels, and maybe even a restart using Home > help & Settings > Restart.
But if the broadcast channels are working, my money's on the HD/UHD thing.

Can you confirm if you have been able to check if these are UHD films?
