Hi all,
does anyone now how long it takes after ordering Sky Cinema UHD for it to be activated?

The answer depends how you ordered the additional channels. Requests done by phone are usually immediate and often activated before you hang up the call.
If you did this online, it can take a couple of days depending when the order is keyed onto your account. You should receive a confirmation email once completed.

Thank you, I put the order in via web chat yesterday morning. The only email I have received so far, is the updated contract.

If you've received emailed confirmation, you should be able to assume the add-ons are live.
Are you able to view Sky Cinema UHD content via the OnDemand menus? If not, what happens when you try? Your post was originally in the V6 section of this forum, so I presume that's the box you have.

I can confirm I have access to the UHD content via the on demand service. It says “Included in your package”

Hi Zach,
I didn't realise before I ordered that Sky Cinema UHD was an on demand service only.
My expectation was that all my Sky Cinema HD channels would be upgraded to UHD.... Clearly I was wrong.

Thanks for coming back to us Skyenet_1012 and I'm sorry that you thought that the existing movie channels would be broadcast in UHD, are you happy to keep the service or would you like to remove it?
