Account in fathers name previously. (used my email address for online billing)Changed name to mine hence new account numberGetting charged for paper bills as unable to create online account
When the account was in my fathers name I used my email address. When logging into this account it shows the old acc number but no services.
I need someone from the VM team to remove the email address (username) associated with this old acc number so i can sign up using my new account number using my email address.Please can this be done online, i have wasted far too long on the phone. Many thanks
