Signed up with wrong email address

Hi,

 

I signed up a few days ago with the wrong email, I have tried calling but as I can't access the email with the contract and account number they can no locate me. 

any help is appreciated, thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

You should call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734. They will be able to access the details from your postcode. They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Or if you wait a day or two a member of the forum team should pick this up for you and help.
