I signed up to Virgin Media Broadband yesterday with a delivery slot on Wednesday.
I received a Virgin Media order email stating “You'll receive an email from us shortly with a link to your contract. This is a digital document and has details of your package, plus important legal terms and conditions.” However I am yet to receive anything.
Having read a few threads about this happening - I am concerned I will not get my delivery. I spent 1 hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue.
Can someone help me? I would like to cancel everything as it is a shambles!
