Signed up this morning - no email confirmation

Hi,

I signed up to VM fibre this morning as a new customer, and have had no email or any confirmation to say that it has gone through. I need to get the engineer visit date confirmed and ensure I have continuity of wifi as I am reliant on it due to working from home.

I don't even know if the account has been set up!
