Signed up for new package - price is more than double what was agreed!

Hi,


I changed my Virgin Media package a few months ago and the agreed package price only appeared in the August/September Bill, with an 18 month discount, that said it would expire in Feb 2025.  The package price has increased by £60 and the discounts have disappeared from the bill completely.  Then the package was changed again in September/October bill and I was charged an extra £125 on top of what my package should be.  I did not ask for another package change and the price is way above anything that was agreed before.  I should have the agreed price for 18 months.
