I want to give a code to Virgin using Share a Power of Attorney on the gov.uk website. Virgin have signed up to this. I was on the phone for two hours this evening, passed from Retention to Customer Services (who hadn’t got a clue), to Retention again and then back to Customer Services. Whilst on hold I was cut off. Furious does not begin to describe the way I am feeling at the moment. How can I do this without having to ring?
