I have renew the contract today. However, I got 4 emails (total 4 CSS and 4 CSI) regarding to renew package. In fact, I don't understand why there has different CSS & CSI numbers. But the contract is same as my package. 

Thus, are these errors? Will you charge me 4 package fee per month?

I asked to your colleague via WhatsApp immediately. But no feedback,

Thanks for your post, welcome back to the Community Forums.

You should have only received one CSS and one CSI document, along with your contract confirmation email once the contract has been accepted and put in place. 

Did the different documents received have differing monthly package prices on them? It's possible that if you were negotiating your package and price with us, you would have received multiple different offers. But no, you'd only be charged for one package or one contract, it wouldn't be possible to be charged for two different packages simultaneously
