My Direct Debit got cancelled because of insufficient fund. I made a manual payment the same day through the website and now I have £66 in credit (the bill is only 33), however, when I try to set up a new direct debit payment it says I have an outstanding balance that I need to pay but doesn't give me the option to use the credit. I don't want to make another payment from my card because I don't have the money. I've already given them 66 pounds. How can I see the outstanding amount I owe and pay it with the Credit I have with Virgin?
