My elderly parent are having issues with the service. They decided to leave virgin and have been told the service will end on the 29th December 2022.
I've had to go round last night to look at the setup as nothing worked. Getting a message saying your services have been temporarily disabled. I've spent hrs truing to get it all working again. Swapping g cables,unplugging, rebooting but nothing as worked I can o ky think that you have cut them off a month early as agreed.
