Service suspended

If your service is suspended due to late payment, are you charged for the services if the coming months you don't pay the payment.  For example  if you don't pay the overdue fee and your not reconnected would you be charged even if you can't use the services.

Sorry to hear of the suspended service.

We would have to advise that you would be charged the monthly rate, plus late payment fees, even if the service is not available to use, due to a non-pay disconnect.

When a customer is experiencing financial difficulties, we would advise calling our team on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from their Virgin Media landline phone and speaking to our Collections Team.

Select Options 1 and then 4.



Thank you for the reply, its actually my partners, mu Virgin account is fine. Just to clarify,  every month its suspended she will be charged. So if she doesn't settle the current missed bill, every month's bill will be added even if she's not receiving the service. She's had a few large unexpected bills last few months, so something has had to be cut back on.

Did you manage to speak to the collections team at all? 

If so did they manage to help at all?
