Service suspended (billing)

Need someone at vm to check my billing as it says it still requires payment in my account but I'm sure its been paid. 

Tried chat a few days ago but the response time of a snail.

I've had the same problem for the last 3 weeks, told me I had an outstanding bill when it was paid. Even sent them a copy of my bank statement showing where it had been taken from my bank account and still refusing to acknowledge payment.

They reconnected me while their 'missing payment' team look in to it then disconnected me last week again saying I had and outstanding bill then spent half an hour on the phone trying to explain what has happened to someone who can barely speak English. Luckily they grasped what I was trying to say and reconnected me again but I'm still waiting for the 'missing payment team', so good luck with yours as well
