Service disconnected

Hello I posted a request here last week to cancel my cancellation of Virgin and someone replied they had removed the cancellation. Today my service has been disconnected. There are 2 people working from home one for the NHS and 2 teens. Can the service be reinstated for the time being. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hello

With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
I'd suggest the best thing to do would be to contact the team via the text message service.

I have sent a message and it is automated and redirects me to other websites which is no help. Is there another way?
