Hi this is a bit of a long one. But I changed my broadband and phone line provider in January to Sky and the guy made me aware that they would get in touch with virgin to let them know they’d be taking over. However, I’ve only just come to realise this was only done for the phone line due to the broadband being a different connection. So I rang virgin to cancel but apparently my security password was wrong so was not able to do so but she said she’s get a reminder in the post sent out but I’m just wondering how long this will take as I am still being charged for something I am not using and can’t afford to keep paying for 2 lots of broadband
Thanks for your post - I'm very sorry to hear that you have not been able to disconnect your service with us yet. Our password reminder letters take around 5 working days to arrive. When did our agent advise this had been sent out to you?
