Secondary account

Everytime I log in to my account it says it is a secondary account and I can't access my bills

Hi Glen07, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you're unable to view your bill.  Are you the named Virgin Media account holder?  Also does the email address the notification is sent to, the same as the email address you're using to sign in?
