Secondary account problems

Can I just check if a one star review on trust pilot will focus your attention  any more clearly on my request for service

Hayley,I want our joint email address to be our main account so we can access “my virgin media” at the moment whenever we attempt to access it the system denies access as apparently this is a secondary account
