My Virginmedia customer account information confirms there is a secondary email account registered (with virginmedia.com), but it is unable to receive mail. I have tried to send to it from a gmail account, but it is rejected.
In addition, I am not able to login to the secondary email account via webmail interface.
However, I am able to login to "My Virginmedia" using the established credentials.
I can look at the possibility of getting this email reinstated if it has been terminated due to non use. You have also mentioned you are happy to use another email address, Let me know either way what you would like to do. I just need to let you know its not a given that we can reinstate it.
