My husband set up an account many years ago, and hes since passed on...(2004) and i took over his account. However, as much as i have tried to sort this issue phoning up etc the situation is never resolved. I cannot access certain aspects of the account because it says it is a secondary account. Its time this issued is fixed once and for all. Ive been a long standing customer, and feel this should be the primary account now seeing that i live alone still. I would really appreciate some help with this .
