Secondary Account

Our account was merged with my fathers account in 2009. Even though I am the account holder and can make changes over the phone, when I log into the account online to attempt to upgrade our tv package it is saying that it is a secondary account and I am unable to make changes. 

with the call centres closed how can I get this sorted out?

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with changing information on your account.

This isn't something that we are able to do from here. 

you would either need to use the call centres or our text messaging services,  the number for the text messaging team is 0753 305 1809
