I want to change my package but have been cut off each time I call. So I thought I would see if I can do it online but I can’t access my account because it says I have a secondary account even though I am the only person named on the account.
Hi Goodall56, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account. I have read the post and looks like you are trying to log in with the secondary email address. You would have set up a primary email and set up the secondary emails through this account.
Can you confirm what changes you are trying to do with the online account? Chris
