Secondary Account, Trying to upgrade services

Hello there!

I've been trying to upgrade my current broadband package but being a secondary account I get an e-mail back saying the primary needs to chat with VM, my father (deceased) was the primary account holder, I've tried speaking on the phone but hour+ wait and other services are not operating with covid,
