Router issue

Hi

My router light has turned orange after the internet was down in my area for a day. 

 

Its back up now but the wifi is not that good, its very slow 

 

I have 250MB

Welcome back to the community forums 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your WiFi after an area outage affected your services. 

I have checked the systems at our side and your hub's specs are all good and I cannot see anything that might be causing this. 

I can see that your hubs uptime is quite long, we would always advise rebooting the router after an area outage. Can you please try fully power cycling the router for us to see if this helps with your WiFi service?
