Hi I'd like to arrange a router move please. How do I proceed?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and your query. We'll be more than happy to assist with this. 

We can arrange for your Hub to be moved to another place in your home. However, there will be an appointment charge of £25 to do this. If you're happy to proceed with the appointment, the charge will be added to your next month's bill.

Let me know if you're happy to go ahead with the appointment with the charge of £25 and I'll be able to assist further.
