Could I suggest, Kath_F, that a change request is made for the scripts for retentions and cancellations agents, so that customers making a 14 day cancellation of a renewal or upgrade are clearly made aware that such a cancellation (of itself) only reverts to whatever previous arrangements existed? 

That'd save a regular amount of hassle and confusion, the benefit of both VM and customers.

Hi 

Thanks,I've still got broadband and landline ,but yeah £71 for both is a bit too much compared to other providers . But anyway if I'm not satisfied with what I see with other providers ,then I will just stay as I am .
