Hi, I joined virgin media broadband on 10th august, I was offered a £75 voucher after 100 days of being with virgin. I am yet to receive this, it has been 100 days. I'd like to know when I will get this please, I have tried speaking to someone via phone and live chat, however its almost impossible to reach you directly.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your free voucher as promised. Can I ask for a bit more background about the voucher? Was this an offer which came directly from us, or an offer which was shown via a comparison site?
Can you also please tell me what the voucher was for, and was it specified that you'd receive the voucher 100 days after your installation, or 100 days after signing up?
