Hi,
I am getting harassed by Virgin via text saying they haven't got there kit back, please instead of harassing me can you harass Yodel the firm you chose to freight your equipment.
Be mindful that some customers have neurodiversity conditions and your texts can come across as if they have done something wrong and can cause anxiety and stress.

Thanks for taking the time to create this post and for reaching out about this issue, we're sorry to hear the notifications you're receiving regarding your equipment return has caused you additional stress.
We'd be eager to best advise on this, just to put your mind at ease those are automated communications sent when an account/service has it is being disconnected and there's a hub and/TV box(es) requiring return to us.
If you've posted your kit back to us you'll get a confirmation by Yodel once it arrives at our warehouse, then we'll take 14 days to process your return and update our systems and records.
Once this is done, we'll remove the fees relating to equipment non-returns and the notifications will stop.
Please, kindly ignore the automated messages you get and allow the time for us to receive and process the return of your equipment so you know it's been resolved.
