Returns

I am leaving the UK and have requested termination of my account.  I am keeping the service until the day before we fly out of the country.  I have requested the return kit for my hub three times in the last month -- twice by phone and once through the website.  I have not received it yet.  I know Virgin usually sends the return kit within 10 days of termination; however, that will be too late as I won't be at my address or any address in the UK.  I don't want to be charged for not returning the equipment.  Any advice?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting the returns box. 

 

As some time has passed since your post, are you able to let me know if you have received this as of yet?
