I am leaving the UK and have requested termination of my account. I am keeping the service until the day before we fly out of the country. I have requested the return kit for my hub three times in the last month -- twice by phone and once through the website. I have not received it yet. I know Virgin usually sends the return kit within 10 days of termination; however, that will be too late as I won't be at my address or any address in the UK. I don't want to be charged for not returning the equipment. Any advice?
