Returns Jiffy not received

Hi,

My internet services were officially disconnected on the 4th of June. Since then, no Jiffy bag has arrived for me to be able to send the equipment back to virgin. I would just go to a store to return it, or call up, but due to COVID, both is a waste of time. Please can you advise on what to do?

Hello

I am afraid there are no longer any VM stores they are all closed, the current collections of returned kit will be by engineer who will contact you to arrange when he can pick up the equipment.
