We were with Virgin for several years before switching to Sky TV in July 2018. We kept Virgin Broadband for around another year before eventually switching everything to Sky last summer. However my Sky bill has shot up and, as I'm out of contract on the TV and can cancel Sky broadband penalty free (due to price rises), I was looking at returning to Virgin.
Would I be eligible for new customer offers? I've read conflicting information - some say it's three months, others claim it's a year. If it makes any difference our old Virgin account was in my partner's name but any new one would be in mine although we're at the same address.
