Returning equipment

After scrabbling on the floor to disconnect gear, packing it in the stupid box supplied and carrying it to the nearest Click+ centre on 25/11/19 I am now receiving messages threatening to charge me if I do not return their equipment - this dated 29/11/19. I have a receipt for the parcel so what am I supposed to do now?

Since it is impossible to contact Virgin Media I can only hope someone from Virgin reads this. Parcel Tracking 41X4F1B  Parcel=8QQA37480850A961

As stated I have no intention for trying to phone you, cannot write as I do not have an address for you. Please get off my back Virgin!

it can take 14 days for it to get back to VM and be added back to the system.

if you have the return receipt you dont have to worry
