After scrabbling on the floor to disconnect gear, packing it in the stupid box supplied and carrying it to the nearest Click+ centre on 25/11/19 I am now receiving messages threatening to charge me if I do not return their equipment - this dated 29/11/19. I have a receipt for the parcel so what am I supposed to do now?
