We're moving out of the UK in the next few days, have left things too late, and won't receive a pre-paid box in time to return the necessary TV equipment.
Would it be fine for us to send the equipment to the following address (with tracking and signature) via the Post Office? Is there any additional information we should include alongside the shipment (e.g. account number)?

I received the letter and pack from you which was great and super helpful. However, in the stress of moving I seem to have lost the letter with the label. I still have the bag and bubble wrap just the label is missing.
Could you send me a new label via email as well so I can return everything as quickly as I can?
