Returning equipment

Hi, we recently discontinued our TV package (just phone and broadband now) and were told we would receive a returns box for the Tivo box.  So far we've received nothing.  Do we need to wait for the returns box or is there another way to send it back?  Many thanks.

usually the box the equipment comes in has 2 spare red tabs to reclose it and a returns label if it was a self install, engineer install he may have removed the boxes, dial 150 and ask for a box to return the equipment should get a box and a returns label in a couple of days, virgin engineers do not take returns if you give your box to an engineer you will probably be charged for it.
