Returning equipment sent by mistake

Hello, my neighbours took in a parcel thinking it was for me.  However, parcel was actually for house next door which is empty.  The parcel is clearly from Virgin Media but I have been unable to contact Virgin to arrange for the item to be returned because I do not have account details.  The house has been empty for months and I have had this parcel since October now. I do not want to dispose of the parcel because my neighbours have signed for it and they will be responsible.  They are elderley and so I do not think they would be able to resolve the issue themselves, which is why I have not given it back to them to deal with.

Can someone please advise how I contact Virgin to arrange for them to collect the parcel?

I can take a look into this but we would need to take some details from you to be able to look into this for you and get it sorted.
