My contract with Virgin ended 10 days ago. I still have all their gear collecting dust. I was under the impression that Virgin sends out a pre paid box to stuff everything in which is then returned to Virgin. I'm still waiting for this pre paid box. I have no clue who to contact in order to get this box sent out to me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank-you.

@Max111 A lot depends on what equipment it is that you have and what instructions you were given in the cancellation process.

Also when you say your contact ended did you actually give the necessary notice and had it confirmed by VM? Otherwise once a minimum term ends you are moved onto a rolling 30 day contact.

Our team will automatically send our a pre-paid returns pack to you after your disconnection date. However, if you take a look at our Return Kit page, you can order a free of charge returns pack to your address sooner than this.
