Returning customer unable to sign into new account

Joining in

I signed up with Virgin in the past then cancelled but signed up again when I moved to another place and I used my normal email address I use for everything bit when I sign in I can only see my old account which I have cancelled.

Can someone help me put my new account with my email I have used.

And can Virgin Media fix this issuebefore it becomes a problem for others?
